Cancellation Policy
During the weekdays and on Sundays, we require a 72 hour notice for trip cancellation, though it is preferable that you cancel as soon as possible once you know that you will not be making the trip.
For Saturday trips and holidays, deposits are not refundable due to the popularity of these days for charter trips. However, we do make a bad weather exception. If the Captain determines that high seas demand a trip cancelation, an exception is made that allows you to receive a refund.
A cancelation or noshow by clients will constitute a forfeiture of the client's deposit.
If weather conditions make a trip unsuitable or unsafe, the trip will be canceled at the Captain's discretion, and deposits will be returned.
Please make your reservation as far in advance as possible.
